A UX concept for Bettermile focused on improving the core navigation experience for last-mile delivery drivers — bringing route data, parcel tracking and task visibility into one clearer mobile interface.
Created a clean, prioritised navigation screen that helps drivers understand where they are, what they're carrying and what needs attention next while moving through active delivery routes.
Delivery interfaces need to reduce friction under pressure. Better route visibility, clearer parcel indicators and simplified task information help drivers stay focused, efficient and confident on the road.
